1. Delivery
UK Mainland:
Orders are sent via a next-day courier service. Please allow 3–5 working days for us to manufacture your made-to-order items before dispatch. This time may vary. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed via email and update the My Orders section of the site.
Non-UK Mainland (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland, Jersey):
Orders are shipped via standard parcel carriers. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Important:
- Ensure you select the correct delivery destination when ordering.
- We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees if the incorrect destination is selected (e.g. selecting "UK Mainland" for Jersey delivery).
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. If you do not provide a valid email address, we cannot provide tracking.
- Please notify us within 10 days if your order is lost or damaged in transit.
2. Contract Formation
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods from us.
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order is accepted and dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email. This confirms a binding contract.
- Product listings on our site are an invitation to treat. We reserve the right not to fulfil orders priced incorrectly due to error.
3. Tailor-Made Products Policy
What is a Tailor-Made Product?
Any car mat that is not standard black carpet with black trim is considered a customised, tailor-made product. These are made to your individual specifications and are non-refundable unless faulty.
Ordering Tips:
- Ensure the vehicle make, model, year, and fixings match your car exactly.
- CAD images are displayed to show the exact shape and clip placement.
- We recommend requesting a free life-size template if you are unsure about fit.
- Free material samples are available on request to check colour or texture.
Important:
- We do not hold stock of pre-cut mats—only raw materials.
- All mats are cut to order based on your selected options (material, trim, colour, logos, etc.).
- Once production begins, your order cannot be amended or cancelled.
4. How to Place an Order
- Choose your product and click “Add to Basket”.
- Customise your mat or proceed with the express checkout for the standard black option.
- Review your basket using “View Basket”.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details.
- Review your order carefully before submitting.
- If a mistake is made, log in immediately and cancel the order if possible.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are securely processed via Sage Pay at the time of order.
- We do not store your card details.
- If you place duplicate orders, please cancel them promptly via your account.
- If an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced, your order will not be confirmed, and no contract will be formed.
- Where an item has been priced incorrectly, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price. You will be given the option to proceed with the order by paying the difference, or to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 28 working days.
6. Cancellations and Returns – Standard Products
(This applies only to standard black mats with black trim)
- You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery.
- Contact us by email or use your online account to submit a returns request.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. If goods are not returned, we may collect them and charge the cost of collection.
- This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
7. Cancellations and Returns – Tailor-Made Products
Tailor-made or customised products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if:
- The wrong make/model/year was selected
- The wrong fixings were chosen
- The mats were ordered in the wrong size or shape
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes bespoke goods from return rights.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- Please contact us immediately if you receive faulty or incorrect goods.
- We will resolve the issue in line with your legal rights.
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded once assessed.
9. Common Return & Refund Queries – Examples
To clarify our position on frequently asked return/refund requests, please note the following:
- Colour Mismatch: We cannot accept returns where the colour of carpets or trim does not match your vehicle’s interior. We do not match colours based on car registration, make, or model. Colours are clearly shown in product images on our website, and samples are available on request.
- Delivery Delays: We cannot accept refund requests for slight delivery delays. All mats are made to order, and manufacturing times can vary depending on demand and availability.
- Rubber Odour in Industrial Rubber Mats: Returns will not be accepted due to the rubber smell of our Industrial Rubber Mats. These are made from commercial-grade rubber, which may have an odour that naturally fades over time.
