Do you deliver Mercedes car floor mats abroad?
We currently do not have any delivery options setup in our online store outside of the United Kingdom, Scotland & Republic of Ireland. However, you can still get in touch with us by emailing or filling in our contact form to see if there is anything we can offer you.
We can manufacture left-hand drive car mats based on the specifications you send to us, along with a choice of colour carpet & trims. We will then put together a quote based on weight and delivery address.
What materials are the Mercedes car mats made from?
We make all car mats from a heavy-duty industrial rubber or 4 different grades of hard-wearing carpet materials.
All of our carpet car mats are fitted with a waterproof rubber anti-slip backing to prevent sliding of the car mats whilst driving. They are highly durable, fire retardant, available in a range of colours and will complement your Mercedes car model perfectly.
Rubber car mats are manufactured using an industrial strength rubber car mat material. They are specifically designed to combat wet & muddy conditions whilst adding elegance to your car interior. Our range of rubber car mats are perfect for autumn & winter when the weather is at its worst.
What are the different carpet quality grades?
You can choose from four different carpet quality car mat grades. These are:
- 650g - this is our standard carpet car mat, a basic loop weave & pile carpet that is manufactured using thousands of tiny loops. As these are our lowest grade they are slightly rougher to touch, harder to clean and are not as durable as our higher grade carpet car mats. This range of car mats comes complete with a heel pad.
- 800g - our premium range of carpet car mats, which is another short pile carpet car mat. The carpet material used is better quality than the standard carpet grade and is therefore softer to touch, easier to clean, and harder wearing. This range of car mats comes complete with a heel pad.
- 980g - this is our platinum grade carpet car mat and is the best range in terms of value. We make these using a much higher quality carpet and you can feel the quality just by rubbing your hands across the carpet material. They are much easier to clean and use a much thicker mat. Because of the thickness of the carpet, a heel pad is not needed.
- Up to 4070g - our ultimate grade carpet luxury car mat is so durable that we even offer a lifetime guarantee against wear through (holes). This is because we are confident that the quality of the carpet material is so hard-wearing it will withstand heavy use whilst not losing any of its quality. A heel pad is not ended with these car mats.

Are your Mercedes car mats genuine?
All of our car mats are a genuine fit and are just as good quality as the car mats that came with your Mercedes. They are designed using the latest CAD technology and hand-engineered using the dimensions and choices you send to us.
All Mercedes car mats are created using the original Mercedes car mat shape and are engineered perfectly to fit your car interior floor. All of our car mats are available at a fraction of the price than the original Mercedes car dealerships.
Can you customise the colour of the Mercedes car mats?
The only colours we offer are the ones in our checkout process. We are confident that the colour carpets that we supply will complement any car interior. Rubber car mats are only available in black.
Are Mercedes car mat fixing clips included?
We supply all our Mercedes car mats with genuine car mat fixing clips to prevent your car mat from sliding.
Do your unique Mercedes car mats come with an anti-slip backing?
All car mat products are fitted with an industrial strength rubber anti-slip backing to make sure the car mat does not slip whilst you are driving. All of our Mercedes car mats are tailor made to slot in comfortably to your car interior floor.
Do you sell heavy duty rubber car mats?
The rubber car mats in our store are made from an industrial strength, heavy-duty rubber material to ensure full protection to your car floor interior whilst providing a longer lasting lifespan. We currently supply a limited range of vanilla-scented rubber car mats that rids your new car mats of any natural rubber odour.
Are your Mercedes car mats ‘made-to-measure’?
As you proceed through our shopping cart options, we will take the dimensions of your car floor. We will then send these to our CAD specialists, who will then have your tailored car mats handmade to your specific requirements. All car mats sold on our website are made-to-measure for a perfect fit.
How long will my Mercedes car mat order take to arrive?
All orders through our website are made-to-measure, which means your car mat hasn't even been made yet. Because we take all of your specific requirements your car mat has to go through production, which is a process that can last between 3-5 days.
Am I able to track my Mercedes car mat delivery?
A tracking code is delivered to your email address and your car mats (when ready) will leave the factory at 6pm that same day. All orders are sent via DHL next day delivery.
