Rachel I was pleased with the quality of the mats but not the waiting time which was outside the stated timeline. When trying to contact with the details online the online form did not work and the number was permanently engaged, at one stage I thought I may have been scammed. I did manage to find an email address with the help of google and did receive a response stating the order had been received and I would receive a notification on dispatch. I didn’t receive anything but the mats did land on my doorstep - 2/5 04-Jul-26
