Very thin plastic. I expected something much more substantial and in rubber. Good fit and does the job, just a bit disappointing. Delivered quickly and punctually

I thought I might be taking a risk when I bought these car mats. I had looked at various websites but chose this one as it asked for very relevant information about my car. I made a good choice. the mats are perfect - I wish I had bought them sooner!

Reasonable quality mats at a fair price. However we were away on the Saturday of delivery. The mats were literally dumped Infront of our door for all the world to see. We were scheduled to arrive home on Monday but circumstance changed our plans. If we hadn't returned early they would have been there for over 2 day's. Not impressed! Hence my score of just 6.

Bryan Houghton The mats look and feel hard wearing. I'm really pleased with the bright whipping I chose, a good pop of colour. I don't know if a driver's heel pad was available, if it was I missed it! That's something for the future. - 5/5 30-Aug-26

Rachel I was pleased with the quality of the mats but not the waiting time which was outside the stated timeline. When trying to contact with the details online the online form did not work and the number was permanently engaged, at one stage I thought I may have been scammed. I did manage to find an email address with the help of google and did receive a response stating the order had been received and I would receive a notification on dispatch. I didn’t receive anything but the mats did land on my doorstep - 2/5 04-Jul-26
Sharon Sankey Had a slight delay in receiving the mats but the customer care team were brilliant in chasing this up for me and also checking I had received the mats. I am really pleased with my personalised mats for my BMW. Perfect fit and the stitching and quality is really good. Well worth the money. Mats look fab in my car - 5/5 01-Jul-26
